With the RC components and the corresponding circuit design low-frequency fixed frequency 90°±Δφ phase shifter is commonly used scheme,however,aging condition and environment(especially temperature) changes of RC phase shifter components seriously influenced the stability of phase shifter.This paper adopted a series of measures:(1) low temperature coefficient precision components;(2) aging treatment to componets;(3) temperature coefficient measured components;(4) resistance temperature coefficient with opposite according to certain proportion components,so as to make RC compensate temperature coefficient within ±1ppm/℃.The temperature testing of 90°±Δφ phase shifter showed that the temperature coefficient of the circuit reached 2.88ppm/℃.This paper also gave the selected part of RC components measured at home and abroad for temperature coefficient,which have an important reference value to readers using RC component design some high stability circuit(such as HPF,BPF,LPF etc).
