Research of the Brake Parking Problem of Industrial Sewing Machine System
In order to improve the efficiency of industrial sewing machine system based on brushless dc motor control,simplified brake method and simplify the brake method,this paper put forward a new kind of reversing lock brake parking control method about the brushless dc motor control industrial sewing machine system.This method analyzed from the two aspects of speed and braking,PI speed control method is used,detecting needle position signal for reversing locking brake,and demonstrated the feasibility of this control method in theory.Finally,presents a practical control rendering.Practice proves that the method has achieved good effect,met the control requirements of the industrial sewing machine system and improves the dynamic performance of the system.
