Design of a Displacement Sensor for the Balance Oscillation System
In the balance oscillation system,in order to accurately measure the displacement signal,an appropriate sensor is needed to be designed.The range of the sensor is 20mm and the sensitivity of the sensor is 0.1V/mm.The structure and working principle of the eddy current sensor in non-contact measurement are presented.This paper designes an eddy current sensor to measure the displacement for balance oscillation system.It analyzes the linearity,sensitivity,hysteresis and repeatability of the eddy current sensor through simple experiments.In the 20mm range,the relative standard deviation of linear fitting is less than 3.46×10-3,and the hystersis relative deviation is less than 0.0045.The results show that the eddy current sensor is suitable for the study of the balance oscillation system.
