Realization of the DC Motor Digital Speed Control Software
The DC motor speed control by analog control has the rapid response,but the circuit is complex and not easy to debug.Along with the high speed processor is published,digital control software has been gradually replacing the traditional analog control.Based on this,this paper makes full use of DSP chip high speed processing function through the software realization of digital control of DC motor.The traditional control method is adopted to simulate the PID control,which has quick response,but dynamic adjustment is poor,while the digital realization of software can realize the dynamic adjustment of the motor speed and the ability to control the speed of the motor,and the control precision is high.This paper introduces in detail the software algorithm programming.The experimental results show that when load increases and anticlimax the digital software implementation of DC motor speed control has good control performance,and can reach very high control precision.
