The New Design of Switching Power Amplifier in Industrial Frequency Testing Power
The testing frequency power technology’s key performance is laid on the performance of power amplifier.For the traditional testing power sources are still using linear power amplifier and their efficiency is very low,this text designs a new kind of switching power amplifier in industrial frequency testing power based on D amplifier.After the real production’s making and testing,it can amplify the voltage signal of input industrial frequency sine wave correctly.The amplified voltage,whose effective value ranges from 200×80%(V) to 200×115%(V),its output power is more than 20VA,and its THD is less than 2%,all these satisfy the requirements of practical application well.Since the amplifier uses BTL output structure,its output power is decided by the MOSFET in the last stage only,the drivers of BTL can reach up to DC 500V.As a result,the amplifier has large output power extension,which has huge application value.
