A Research on the Alarming instrument and Master Station of the Gateway Energy Measuring Failure
As recurrent failures in gateway measurement over recent years, this thesis researches on the measurement monitoring and alarming of a system with specific and viable software and hardware. By extending the 102 Communication Protocol of Central China, this system makes use of the failure monitoring terminal to real time collect the events such as voltage lose, current lose, TV failure and power imbalance, transmits them to the master station through PSTN or LAN, and make use of EMS/SCADA and the electrical energy acquistion system to verify the failures. Then by means of SMA massage, IMAP mail and online warning, the system reminds the OAM staff to process in time. Further more, a way of multi-electricity compensation is introduced. Electricity compensation formula is automatically generated according to different failure, and the compensated electricity will be verified and compensated by the balance measures such as the electricity of the busbar, the 3 sides electricity of the main transformer and the electricity of the opposite wires.
