When the PWM rectifier is used in small wind turbines, phase lock link (PLL) of wide frequency range is the key technique. According to this requirement, the following techniques are combined together to make fast and accurate phase tracking, which including second-order generalized integrator (SOGI), zero-crossing frequency measuring block are combined together, and adjustable PI parameters in real time based on the frequency change and frequency adaptation. Simulation results show that the proposed method can achieve accurate phase and frequency tracking of the input signal, which includes dynamic change of input signal frequency, amplitude and harmonic disturbances.
