The occurrence of natural disasters would make a serious impact on the safe operation of the Transmission network,without taking into account disaster resilience,traditional transmission network would occur large blackouts when it encounters natural disaster. To meet the requirements of anti-disaster,a model for anti-disaster transmission network planning,which meets sustained and reliable power supply to the rigid load, is established.After the main disadvantage of being inclined to premature convergence,low accuracy and convergence rate in harmony algorithm are discussed,with the increase in the dimension optimization problem,harmony search algorithm based on difference is proposed.the Proposed algorithm uses beneficial information of the other solutions in harmony memory to modify search mechanism.And thus maintains the diversity of harmony memory,and enhances the efficiency of search for complex functions.Through the results of Southern Brasilian 46-bus system,it proves the algorithm and model correctness and effectiveness in transmission network planning,which provides the foundation for practical engineering applications.
