Design and Application of Site Calibration System for Automatic Verification Pipeline
In view of the present practical application of the automatic verification pipeline for electric energy data acquisition terminal, it studied the site calibration technology of automatic verification pipeline according to the system specification, put forward the design scheme of the calibration device, developed the standard equipment for calibrating error and pressure, designed the matching table error uniformity standard equipment and fault simulator, and developed automatic test software used in the test system. The analysis model for calibration data was set up. The analytic process of uncertainty in measurement for auto-measuring result based on GUM algorithm was specified. The results and tests show the power parameter of automatic verification pipeline can be accurately checked by the calibration system, and consistency of multi-leaving can be ensured. The calibration system is suitable to evaluate the reliability and veracity for the set of automatic verification pipeline.
