中文摘要:

对于输电网能效评估方法的研究,有利于输电网节能潜力的挖掘,有利于输电网能效水平的提升,有利于节能技改资金配置的优化。本文基于对输电网节能指标体系的研究,提出了适用于电网的静态、动态和技术经济分析的综合能效评估方法。首先通过梳理与能效相关的国内外先进标准,构建了指标体系,指标涵盖了电网规划、设备参数及设备运行状态等评价指标。然后应用层次分析法(The Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP),将能效评估体系中各指标间的相对重要性用1~9比例标度构造出判断矩阵,准确计算出了各个能效指标的权重系数,结合单项指标状态值,得到被评估输电网的综合能效分值。最后根据综合分值,确定输电网能效等级,从而找出输电网能效的薄弱环节。运用该评估方法对某输电网进行了能效评估。
