At present, most of the distribution network reconfiguration models take the minimum network loss as objective function, and they do not consider the reliability of distribution network and the economic consequences of the power outage. Aiming at this situation, this paper put forward a distribution reconstruction model for the optimal operating efficiency. First, the economy and reliability indices and the calculation methods are introduced. The loss caused by power off is evaluated quantitative by the average electricity price conversion ratio method. Then, the paper establishes the reconstruction model taking the minimum operating loss cost as objective function. At last, on the basis of network simplification, the model is solved by the hybrid particle swarm optimization method and the optimal switch state is obtained.
