Study on the Accommodation of Wind Power Based on Rational Wind Power Casting
Wind power with obvious randomness and uncertainty is strongly impacted by natural wind. With the rapid development of large-scale wind power farms, the problem related to access to electric system has been becoming more and more obvious. As for the restricted access problem for current domestic large-scale wind power, with the unchanged existing power structure and the constraint that wind curtailment power and system in power farm increases peak-balance investment for more wind power consumption, the theoretical research approach of using rational wind curtailment under lower load to improve the overall wind power consumption capacity has been put forward. Finally, through the established wind power consumption mold, Northeast Electric Grid has been taken as an example to be calculated and analyzed to obtain the wind power consumption capacity at three different peak-balance ways in Northeast Electric Grid in 2015 and 2020, only to providing references for the planning and construction of wind power in northeast region.
