Design and implementation of the monitoring terminal for electric vehicle charging station
In view of the various equipments that monitored and diversified communication modes in the electric vehicle charging station, the monitoring terminal’s hardware should have rich interfaces and strong extensibility, the software system should have the high real-time performance, reliability and stability. the method of design and implementation of the electric vehicle charging station monitoring terminal is proposed in this paper. The monitoring terminal based on the method above, which has rich peripheral interface and strong sclability, adopting dual-core chips of the ARM and FPGA, the two interconnection with each other through the bus through the special design of parallel bus architecture. The embedded real-time Linux operating system which was constructed based on the framework of the Xenomai, not only has a good user-mode real-time and excellent kernel-mode real-time, but also has higher stability and portability. The correctness and practicability of the monitoring terminal has been proved by the successful trial in electric vehicles charger stations.
