研究基于双重Buck变换器的超级电容充电控制。首先,在分析双重Buck电路拓扑和工作原理的基础上,并研究软开关条件检测、临界电流控制及交错并联控制策略,采用临界电流模式的软开关方案,设计双重Buck变换器用于超级电容的充电；然后,利用Matlab/Simulink软件对理论分析进行仿真验证；最后,在依据理论和仿真基础上,设计硬件电路和软件设计,制作实验样机。仿真和实验研究表明,本文的控制方案可行,能够在满足临界电流模式下实现对超级电容的恒流充电。

英文摘要:

It is based on double Buck Converter of super-capacitor charging technology. Firstly, double Buck circuit topology and working principle are given, on the base of working principles is introduced, and it is analyzed the soft-switching condition detection research, critical current control and interleaved control strategy; then, it is used Matlab/Simulink software for theoretical analysis simulation verification; finally, in accordance with the theory and simulation, it is completed the hardware and software design and make an experimental Prototype. The simulation and experimental results showed that the control scheme of this paper was feasible and achieve constant current charging for super-capacitor in the critical current mode.
