In order to improve the recovery performance of MIDC system, a coordinated recovery strategy is proposed in this paper. The rectifier and inverter of DC system are coordinated by the additional feed forward control that makes the control parameter fast track system to the reference value. Fuzzy-VDCOL adjusts the DC current instruction dynamically during the failure and recovery for system. It can maintain the power balance and the voltage stability of system, realizes the coordination of MIDC. The simulation results show that the recovery performance of MIDC, with the proposed coordinated recovery strategy, can be improved obviously compared with the conventional control strategy.
