Study on optimizing dispatching strategy of electric vehicle considering system positive and negative reserve capacity
Access to a large amount of wind power and EVs will increase the reserve capacity of the power grid and the operating costs of the power system. Considering the cost of positive and negative reserve capacity in the power, an optimization scheduling strategy of EVs is proposed in this paper to reduce the cost of positive and negative reserve capacity in the power and to improve the utilization rate of wind power. First, the uncertainties of wind power are analyzed by scenarios analysis to obtain the system differential probability density function graph. Then, the requirement of positive and negative reserve capacity in the power is drawn by the improved expected energy not supplied (IEENS) and improved expected wind waste risk (IEWWR); Finally, to minimize the user charge and discharge cost and positive and negative reserve cost, the optimization scheduling strategy of EVs is proposed. Simulations show that the strategy can reduce the user charging cost and system positive and negative reserve capacity cost, and realize the economic operation of power grid.
