Low-voltage District Topology Reconstruction Scheme Based on Extended Application of Remote Centralized Meter Reading System
A new Scheme is presented for low-voltage district topology Reconstruction. It is based on extended application of remote centralized meter reading system, such as district distinguish, phase identification and instantaneous data record. The program has four steps in general. Namely district distinguish, phase identification, branch recovery and power-line nodes ranging. The topology of the regional power grid is reconstructed based on the information obtained above.
