智能电网的蓬勃发展对配电台区信息集成的要求日益提高,目前IEC61970/968标准中没有针对智能配电台区的公共信息模型(Common Information Model,CIM)规范。本文根据我国智能配电台区的结构特点和应用要求,建立了智能配电台区的公共信息模型。论述了CIM模型建模原则、建模方案;给出了智能配电台区新增设备模型、资产模型及拓扑模型的建模实例并进行分析说明;在此基础上,构建了智能配电台区信息集成平台,基于GIS、PMS系统在一体化平台上实现了漏电定位和三相不平衡度告警的高级应用开发,并在工程中得到实践。

The vigorous development of smart grid demands for information integration of distribution station is increasing day by day. At present, there is no Common Information Model specification for intelligent distribution station in IEC61970/968 standard. According to the structural characteristics and application requirements of intelligent distribution station in China, this paper establishes a public information model, discusses the modeling principles and schemes of the CIM model, and gives the model of the new equipment model, the asset model and the topology model of the intelligent distribution station. On the basis of this, the integrated platform of intelligent distribution station is built. At last, based on GIS and PMS system, the advanced application and development of leakage location and three phase unbalance alarm are realized in the integrated platform.
