A non-isolated photovoltatic grid-connected system DC/DC boost converter and control method is introduced. The Boost-TL topology is adopted in this converter. The working principle of Boost-TL converter is analyzed and the mathematical mode is built. In order to reduce the ripple of the inductor current and the output voltage, the interleaved control scheme is proposed by using two switches with phase shift of 180°. Simultaneously, the balancing voltage of capacitor can be achieved by control the conducting times of switching tube. The converter could reduce the volume of converters, lower of the voltage stress of switching device, reduce the diode reverse recovery loss and switching loss. Finally, a 23 kW prototype is designed for the whole system. The validity of the presented control method is verified by experiment.
