Based on energy storage system to stabilize prediction of grid connected power fluctuation in wind farm
According to the actual operation of wind data from a wind farm in the north of Shanxi province have predictive power data, determine the power point based on heterogeneous data, using IPSO to optimize the singular value standard power spectrum correction to predict the fluctuating power, according to the fluctuation power of different frequency bands, the reasonable storage capacity, the rated capacity, the power and the grid connected target power are chosen to predict and control. The results show that the proposed method can make the output power of the wind farm stabilize as much as possible to meet the dispatching power distribution.
