As a kind of cardiac emergency apparatus, the clinical application of defibrillator is related to the patient's life safety. In order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the electric shock parameters of the defibrillator, it is necessary to check the equipment regularly. To ensure the traceability and reliability of the electrical defibrillation pulse energy, this paper presents the development of an integral source-meter setup for the calibration of defibrillator analyzers, that has been designed to generate and measure both typical monophasic and biphasic waveforms. By synchronously sampling the pulse voltage and current for integral calculation the energy, the 0.2%E+0.5 J uncertainties of pulse energy from 0.1 J to 360 J are achieved.
