Research on Adaptability of Driving Conditions of Electric Vehicle Drive System Based on Fuzzy PI and Vector Transformation Control Methods
Permanent magnet motor is the driving motor of electric vehicle. Its control method and mechanical characteristics directly determine the running performance of electric vehicle. This article is based on the performance test platform of electric vehicle drive system, based on the simulation of electronic load operating conditions, the electric vehicle drive system. The adaptability of the working conditions was analyzed and studied. The mathematical model of the permanent magnet motor was analyzed and deduced. A fuzzy PI control system was designed and the motor was driven by the vector control method of speed and current with double closed loops. The simulation and experiment prove the rationality of the control system and the feasibility of the control method. It can effectively reduce the acceleration time of the electric vehicle and solve the problems of low motor speed control accuracy and large torque ripple.
