Conventional substation complete signal transmission between protective devices in the form of cable, with the rise of smart substation, the traditional mode of cable signal transmission is gradually replaced by the secondary virtual circuit and fiber circuit. The transformation of the signal transfer mode makes the secondary circuit of the substation no longer so transparent, and the on-site technicians can not perform the on-site work by analyzing the visual secondary circuit, the lack of high-level visual tool for SCD (Substation Configuration Description) configuration file in smart substations seriously affect the implementation of relay protection safety measures.
