Conventional substation complete signal transmission between protective devices in the form of cable, with the rise of smart substation, the traditional mode of cable signal transmission is gradually replaced by the secondary virtual circuit and fiber circuit. The transformation of the signal transfer mode makes the secondary circuit of the substation no longer so transparent, and the on-site technicians can not perform the on-site work by analyzing the visual secondary circuit, the lack of high-level visual tool for SCD (Substation Configuration Description) configuration file in smart substations seriously affect the implementation of relay protection safety measures. This paper presents an unresolved SCD configuration file to display its configuration information in a highly visualized way, and combines the virtual terminal configuration information with the fiber circuit to display the "Circulation" process of the virtual terminal configuration information in the fiber circuit, which facilitate the inspection and interpretation of the on-site staff and reduce the probability of producing errors.#$NLKeywords: smart substation; secondary circuit; SCD configuration file; high-level visual
