Currently,%20distribution%20network%20planning%20methods%20have%20shortcomings%20of%20determining%20solely%20by%20power%20supply%20reliability%20indexes%20and%20ignoring%20user%20demand%20and%20investment%20priority.%20Aiming%20at%20it,%20an%20optimized%20selection%20method%20of%20executive%20object%20for%20distribution%20network%20planning%20considering%20user%20demand%20is%20proposed.%20Firstly,%20a%20comprehensive%20evaluation%20index%20system%20of%20distribution%20network%20planning%20is%20established,%20based%20on%20three%20aspects%20of%20power%20supply%20reliability%20level,%20user%20demand%20and%20power%20grid%20economic%20factors.%20The%20gap%20with%20expectation%20level%20in%20reliability%20level%20aspect,%20power%20consumption%20experience%20in%20user%20demand%20aspect%20and%20energy%20not%20supplied%20in%20power%20grid%20economic%20factors%20aspect%20are%20concerned.%20Then,%20the%20comprehensive%20evaluation%20value%20of%20each%20distribution%20network%20is%20calculated%20by%20improved%20stepwise%20scatter%20degree%20method,%20and%20then%20sorted.%20In%20the%20case%20of%20annual%20investment%20amount,%20the%20maximum%20of%20total%20comprehensive%20evaluation%20value%20of%20planning%20scheme%20as%20the%20objective%20function to achieve%20optimized%20selection%20of%20executive%20object,%20in%20order to effectively%20arrange%20the%20planning%20priority%20of%20multiple%20distribution%20network.%20Finally,%20an%20application%20example%20in%20Shaoguan%20area%20proves%20that%20the%20method%20proposed%20in%20this%20paper%20shows%20effectiveness%20and%20practical%20application%20value.
