Reliability evaluation of electric energy meters based on Weibull distribution
The reliability evaluation of electricity meters have become an important evaluation standard of electric energy meters. Currently, the reliability evaluation model of electric energy meter in the information system of State Grid Corporation is relatively simple and inaccurate. Based on the Weibull distribution and the reliability of the meter, the paper realized the reliability evaluation of the actual running meters in batches. First, use the operation data of electric energy meter in actual operation to calculate the failure rate of the electric energy meter. The least square regression method is used to calculate the intermediate parameters, and the scale and shape parameters of Weibull distribution are determined to realize the prediction of the whole batch of electric energy meters. On the basis of the reliability calculation theory of electric energy meters, this method has successfully realized the application of Weibull distribution theory in power meter evaluation and broken through the limitation of the traditional method using laboratory accelerated test datas. And applied all the operational data of batch electric energy meters in actual operation, realized the dynamic modification of the model. This method is useful to guide the rotation of the electric energy meters.
