随着电网智能化的不断推进,有载调压变压器在电网中的应用增多,有载分接开关的故障也不断增加,传统的检修方式已经不能满足其基本要求,故文章从声学振动角度进行了变压器有载分接开关振动信号特征识别和状态评估技术的研究。文中研究了基于独立成分分析法的盲信号分离技术,通过定义相空间分布系数(Phase Points Distribution Coefficient, PPDC)对不同故障状态下的有载分接开关振动信号数据进行了识别,并基于模糊集理论的多参量诊断技术,通过建立不同故障状态下的二维正态隶属度函数对有载分接开关进行了状态评估。该技术的提出能及时、准确地发现有载分接开关存在的安全隐患和故障,提高了有载分接开关检修效率,对保障电力系统安全可靠运行具有重要意义。

With the continuous development of intelligent power grid, the application of on-load voltage transformer in the power grid is increasing, the fault of the on-load tap changer is increasing. The traditional maintenance method can not meet its basic requirements. Therefore, this paper studies the vibration signal characteristic identification and state evaluation technology of the transformer''s on-load tap changer from the acoustic vibration angle. In this paper, the blind signal separation technology based on the independent component analysis is studied. Phase Points Distribution Coefficient (PPDC) is defined to identify the vibration signals of on-load tap changers under different fault states. Based on the multi-parameter diagnosis technology of fuzzy set theory, the state of on-load tap changers is evaluated by establishing two-dimensional normal membership function under different fault states. The proposed technology can timely and accurately detect the potential safety hazards and faults of on-load tap changers, improve the efficiency of on-load tap changers maintenance, and is of great significance to ensure the reliable operation of power systems.
