Research on Evaluation Model of Three phase electric energy meter Based on K-means++ Algorithm
Three-phase electric energy meter is an important equipment for grid company to conduct electric energy measurement. It is of great significance to establish its evaluation model. The verification error is one of the indicators for evaluating the quality of a three-phase electric energy meter, and the amount of manual processing is enormous. Aiming at these problems, a three-phase electric energy meter evaluation model based on K-means++ algorithm is proposed. Firstly, a measurement performance indicator is defined, which takes into account the dependent variable related to the verification error. Subsequently, for the four verification conditions of the three-phase electric energy meter, the K-means++ algorithm is used to cluster the measurement performance indicators, and four sets of results are obtained. On this basis, the decision-making indicators of three-phase electric energy meter manufacturers were established. Finally, the generalization of the evaluation model when the K value is greater than 2 is given. The proposed method can provide reference for the grid company''s choosing of three-phase energy meter manufacturers.
