Low-carbon economic operation of integrated electricity and natural gas system with carbon capture devices
Facing the situations of poor new energy consumption rate and low-carbonity performance in the integrated electricity and natural gas system, the carbon capture devices are introduced into the system for optimization. In this paper, first, the curtailing wind punishment factor is used to convert the curtailed wind volume into the wind curtailment cost, and a low-carbon economic operation model of the integrated energy system with carbon capture devices is established with the system operating cost and carbon emissions as the multi-objective. The normal boundary intersection method is used to construct the Pareto frontier of multi-objective problems, and choosing solution with greatest comprehensive satisfaction as the compromise solution through fuzzy membership function. Then, the optimization results in different scenarios are compared, and the influence of power to gas raw material cost coefficient on the system operation is analyzed, verifying that using captured CO2 as the gas production material effectively improves the operating efficiency of the power to gas and enhance the new energy consumption capacity as well as operational economy of the system; Finally, in the multi-target scenario, the contradiction between system operating economy and low-carbonity caused by carbon capture introduction is studied, which proves that carbon capture effectively improve the carbon emission reduction capacity of integrated energy system.
