柔性配电网(flexible distribution network,FDN)背景下,配电网采用交直流混合的闭环供电结构具有适应各类储能装置及高比例可再生能源柔性接入等特点,可实现迅速调节,具有可控性强、潮流分布可控等特点是未来配网发展的主要形式,因此如何提高其可再生能源的利用率以及实现电能质量改善,将会是未来配电网研究的重点。柔性配电网提升可再生能源消纳能力和的改善电能质量手段主要利用柔性开关设备,其补偿精度高、可控性强,但由于成本较高并没有广泛应用。储能技术作为能源调度的重要单元,可实现削峰填谷,提高可再生能源接入的适应性并从电压、频率等多方面提升电能质量,为提升柔性配电网运行优化提供了新方案。文章首先,介绍了传统和广义储能技术研究现状并对比分析其特点;其次,从多方面分析了储能应用与改善柔性配电网的研究现状;最后针对柔性配电网“网、源、荷”多能流耦合的特征对储能技术应用其提高优化运行进行展望。

In the context of flexible distribution network, the closed-loop power supply structure of AC/DC hybrid distribution network has the characteristics of adapting to various energy storage devices and flexible access of high proportion of renewable energy, which can realize rapid adjustment, with strong controllability and power flow distribution. Controllable characteristics are the main forms of future distribution network development. Therefore, how to improve the utilization rate of renewable energy and improve power quality will be the focus of future distribution network research. The flexible distribution network enhances the capacity of renewable energy consumption and improves the power quality. It mainly uses flexible switchgear, which has high compensation precision and strong controllability, but it is not widely used due to its high cost. As an important unit of energy dispatching, energy storage technology can realize peak clipping and valley filling, improve the adaptability of renewable energy access and improve power quality from voltage, frequency and other aspects, and provide a new scheme for improving the operation of flexible distribution network. . Firstly, the paper introduces the research status of traditional and generalized energy storage technology and compares its characteristics. Secondly, it analyzes the research status of energy storage application and improvement of flexible distribution network from various aspects. Finally, it is aimed at flexible distribution network "net, source, The characteristics of the "multiple-energy coupling" of the reservoir are expected to improve the optimal operation of the energy storage technology.
