大量间歇性分布式电源的接入,给配电网带来了新的挑战。柔性多状态开关(soft open point, SOP)是一种新型的电力电子装置,具有强大的功率调控和潮流优化能力。文中提出了一种基于SOP的有源配电网双层优化方法。首先考虑SOP运行控制的约束条件,建立了多端口SOP等效模型。然后以年综合费用最小为目标建立SOP上层规划模型,以多时段配电网电压偏差、网损最低为目标建立基于最优潮流的下层优化模型,并采用改进的遗传粒子群混合优化算法对双层优化模型进行求解。最后在IEEE 33节点算例上,对比分析了规划前后三端口SOP的优化能力。结果表明,SOP能有效解决配电网电压越限问题,同时降低系统损耗,并且合理的SOP规划对配电网运行优化效果更为显著。

The access of numerous intermittent distributed generators has brought new challenges to the distribution network. Soft open point (SOP) is a new type of power electronics with the powerful capabilities of power regulation and power flow optimization. A bi-level optimization method based on SOP is proposed for active distribution network. Firstly, A multi-port SOP equivalent model is established, which considering the constraints of SOP operation control. Secondly, the objective of upper-level planning model is to minimize the annual comprehensive cost, and the objective of lower-level optimization model based on optimal power flow is to reduce the voltage deviation and net loss in distribution network. Then, combing the genetic algorithm with the particle swarm optimization, this paper presents a hybrid optimization algorithm to slove this bi-level optimization model. Finally, the optimization ability of the three-port SOP before and after planning is compared and analyzed on the IEEE 33-node test feeder. The results show that SOP can effectively solve the problem of voltage over-limit while reducing system losses. Moreover, reasonable SOP planning is more effective for operation optimization of distribution network.
