Game model analysis of virtual power plant based on improved Shapley algorithm
The cooperative operation of wind power and electric vehicles helps to alleviate the impact of wind power uncertainty in electrical grid. This paper studies the distribution of benefits generated by wind power providers and EV aggregators in the cooperative game, and introduces the bid deviation penalty mechanism for the uncertainties of wind power suppliers. It establishes a profit distribution model for wind power suppliers and EV aggregators. For the randomness of the uncertain factors of the model, the improved Shapley algorithm is given on the basis of the traditional Shapley algorithm, which effectively solves the problem of uncertain factors in wind power quotient. Finally, using an example to analysis benefit model and the result demonstrates the feasibility and superiority of the improved Shapley.
