Research on Reliability Allocation Technology of the Smart Meter Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process and Group Decision
Aiming at the actual situation of reliability allocation during the research and development process of electric energy measuring equipment, this paper introduces a smart meter reliability allocation design method based on analytic hierarchy process and group decision. The failure rate tandem model of component stress method and tomographic analysis and group decision-making algorithm are adopted. For components that do not meet the relevant standard failure rate, tomographic analysis and group decision-making algorithm are used. The comprehensive weight of the device is obtained by constructing, comparing and judging the matrix. The failure rate of the design unit is obtained through the failure rate tandem model of component stress method, and then the reliability allocation design of each unit of the smart meter is designed using the series model, which improves the reliability of smart meter to a certain extent. This method has certain reference value for improving the convenience of smart meter reliability design, reducing the reliability cost of smart meter design, the life test (acceleration, high acceleration) of smart meter, and the operation and maintenance of actual use process.
