The%20integrated%20energy%20system%20can%20improve%20the%20flexibility%20of%20system%20operation%20and%20the%20consumption%20of%20renewable%20energy%20such%20as%20large-scale%20scenery.%20Aiming%20at%20the%20schedule%20ability%20of%20electric%20and%20thermal%20loads,%20this%20paper%20proposes%20a%20comprehensive%20electric%20and%20thermal%20demand%20response%20model%20considering%20the%20participation%20of%20dispatchers.%20First,%20the%20group%20aggregation%20characteristics%20of%20the%20time-shiftable%20electrical%20load%20are%20modeled,%20and%20the%20minimum%20deviation%20of%20the%20dispatch%20signal from the%20load%20group%20aggregation%20characteristics%20model%20is%20used%20as%20the%20objective%20function.%20Based%20on%20the%20ambiguity%20of%20human%20body"s%20perception%20of%20temperature,%20a%20heat%20load%20scheduling%20model%20is%20constructed.%20The%20results%20of%20calculation%20examples%20show%20that%20considering%20the%20comprehensive%20demand%20response%20of%20the%20dispatcher%20’s%20expected%20signal%20improves%20the%20consumption%20of%20new%20energy%20and%20reduces%20the%20operating%20cost%20of%20the%20system,%20it%20alleviates%20the%20pressure%20of%20frequent%20adjustment%20of%20the%20output%20of%20each%20unit%20and%20offsets%20the%20change%20of%20the%20output%20of%20new%20energy.
