Research on key technology of novel electricity meter for impact load
The nonlinear impact load will have a large impact on the current, voltage and frequency of the metering point, which will cause more serious energy metering errors. Based on the analysis of the influence of nonlinear impact load on the metering error, the impact load model is established, and a more accurate impact load simulation method is given. On this basis, the design scheme and design principle of the novel electricity meter are given, the high-speed AD sampling circuit of voltage and current is designed, the design method of zero-flux current transformer is given, an impact load measurement method and algorithm idea are proposed, the impact load filtering algorithm and specific parameters based on the IIR low-pass filter are given, therefore, a novel type of impact load electricity meter is designed. On the basis of the impact load model, the typical experimental environment of impact load is designed. The test is carried out under the conditions of transient impact load, short-term impact load and long-term impact load. The experimental results show that the designed novel impact load electricity meter can accurately measure the impact load energy.
