Research on anti-misalignment of wireless power transfer systembased on detuning
In order to solve the problem that the output power fluctuates greatly due to the misalignment of the both sides of magnetic coupling mechanism in the wireless power transfer system, an optimization method of parameters and structure of compensation network based on detuning was proposed to improve the anti-misalignment performance of output power. Firstly, according to the mathematical idea that the derivative is zero and the function is the maximum value in the extreme point, the rated working point corresponds to the extreme point. On this basis, the law between the compensation parameters of SS compensation topology and the anti-misalignment of output power was analyzed and summarized. Secondly, for the series compensation mode of under compensation, the PS/ S compensation structure was designed to reduce the input of reactive power and realize zero phase angle of the input resistance or soft switching. Finally, an experimental prototype of a transmission distance of 100mm with a circular coil structure and a rated output power of 1000W was built to verify the effectiveness of the proposed optimization method and correctness of the law between detuning parameters and anti misalignment. The corresponding mutual inductance decreased from 80.2μH to 62.7μH when the magnetic coupling mechanism had a horizontal misalignment of 100mm. Experimental results showed that the proposed optimization method can effectively slow down the change of output power with mutual inductance and improve the running performance of the system.
