In this paper, by constructing a multi-source integrated shore power coordinated operation model based on mobile energy storage devices, the shore electronic system is interconnected through a public bus to achieve closed-loop operation. A stratified and distributed operation optimization strategy for shore power is proposed. Firstly, edge computing technology is used to realize real-time on-site coordination of various distributed subsystems to reduce the problems of wind abandonment and light abandonment caused by forecast errors and output fluctuations. Secondly, based on the time-of-use electricity price mechanism of the power grid, through the "valley charge and peak discharge" and "transfer and absorption" working modes of mobile energy storage, the optimization of shore power energy allocation technology is realized, so as to stabilize the fluctuation of distributed energy output and improve the economy of the shore power system and the consumption rate of renewable energy. Meanwhile, it also lays a solid foundation for the establishment of an optimized platform for the interconnection and operation of port shore power systems.
