Reliability prediction of aeronautical measurement and control device based on Monte Carlo simulation
This paper studies the reliability prediction of a high reliability measurement and control device for aviation application. The reliability block diagram is built according to the design schematic of the measurement and control device, and the reliability data of components is obtained based on the GJB/Z299C manual and stress analysis method. The mathematical model of system reliability prediction is established based on the Monte Carlo simulation method. Then, the reliability index of measurement and control device is predicted. After analyzing the weakness of reliability, the design scheme is improved, the reliability is improved, and the equipment finally meets the design requirements. The results show that the Monte Carlo simulation method is expected to have good practicability for reliability prediction of mixed complex electronic systems.
