The disorderly charging behavior of large-scale electric vehicles (EV) puts pressure on the power grid. Therefore, the orderly dispatching strategy of EV is of great significance to ensure the safe operation of the power grid. To this end, a distributed two-stage scheduling strategy that takes into account user battery consumption is proposed. First, qualitatively analyze the dispatch willingness and dispatch ability before dispatching to screen for dispatchable vehicles.
