Based on this paper, the system architecture of the electricity market retail platform driven by carbon neutrality is designed, and the transaction mode based on the electricity retail platform is proposed. Firstly, the paper expounds on the necessity of constructing an electric power retail platform based on Guangdong retail market transactions. Then, according to the requirements of the carbon-neutral level platform, the functional framework and system framework of the power retail platform is designed. Finally, a transaction model is proposed based on the electricity retail platform, and carbon signals are introduced to realize the low-carbon operation of the electricity market, aiming to improve the efficiency of market operation and meet the diversified needs of market subjects.
