In order to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and improve the low-carbon economy of the system, a low-carbon economic dispatch model of "source-load" cooperation is proposed. First, the structure of the low-carbon economic system of "source-load" cooperation and its interaction mechanism are explained; then, with the goal of minimizing the total cost of the cooperative alliance, a "source-load" cooperative low-carbon economic dispatch model based on cooperative game theory is constructed. And the Shapley value method is used to distribute the cooperation benefits; finally, the effectiveness of the proposed model is verified by comparing the total operating costs and carbon emissions of the system under “source-load” cooperation and non-cooperation; The impact of the low-carbon economy of the system is to verify the importance of the participation of the “load” side to the low-carbon economy of the system. The results show that the participation of the “Load” side plays an important role in improving the low-carbon economy of the system.
