以快速实现配电网电流保护,避免出现误动或拒动问题为目的,设计基于5G无线通信的配电网电流差动保护系统。随着5G通信技术的发展,其特有的高可靠性、超低时延等特性,使其成为配电网差动保护的理想通信方式。通过对5G网络构建切片,可以使5G端到端平均时延达到10 ms以内,可有效满足配电网的差动保护需求。数据采集模块通过电流互感器采集配电网两侧各相电流与零序电流信息,将采集到的信息传输至差动保护模块,根据数字信号处理(digital signal processing,DSP)控制器运算的差动保护动作,判据完成配电网电流差动保护与相关自动化功能;对时模块接收北斗/GPS卫星对时,以此辅助变电站与开闭所两侧差动保护模块同步采样。5G CPE(central processing element)通信模组利用5G无线通信网络,通过集中式的网络切片跨区域映射的网络架构实现数据的传输与收发。在配电网产生区域故障的条件下,两个差动保护模块内的差动保护逻辑分别动作,保护动作出口,完成配电网电流差动保护。实验结果显示,文中系统的全部测试结果均达到预期测试的目标,并且在过渡电阻值较高的条件下,该系统仍然以较快的速度准确完成动作。

In order to quickly realize the current protection of distribution network and avoid maloperation or refusal of operation, a current differential protection system for distribution network based on 5G wireless communication is designed. With the development of 5G communication technology, its characteristics of high reliability and ultra-low delay make it an ideal communication mode for differential protection of distribution network. By constructing slicings of 5G network, the average end-to-end delay of 5G can reach less than 10 ms, which can effectively meet the differential protection requirements of distribution network. The data acquisition module collects the phase current and zero-sequence current information on both sides of the distribution network through the current transformer, and transmits the collected information to the differential protection module. According to the differential protection action criterion calculated by digital signal processing (DSP) controller, the differential protection of distribution network current and related automation functions are completed. The timing module receives Beidou/GPS satellite timing to assist the synchronous sampling of the differential protection modules on both sides of the substation and the switching post. 5G central processing element (CPE) communication module uses 5G wireless communication network to realize data transmission and transmission through the centralized cross domain mapping network architecture in the network slice. Under the condition of regional fault in the distribution network, the differential protection logic in the two differential protection modules act respectively to protect the action outlet to complete the current differential protection of the distribution network. The experimental results show that all the test results of the system in this paper reach the expected test objectives, and the system in this paper still completes the action accurately at a fast speed under the condition of high transition resistance value.the current differential protection of the distribution network.
