A monitoring method of voltage loss for the residential electricity meter based on HPLC platform
In view of the loss of voltage measurement in operation, a household surface voltage loss monitoring method is proposed based on the high-frequency data of the household table and phase identification in HPLC (broadband carrier) platform area collection.Select the minimum current value fromthe 24 points current data of the total table for each phase,take the residential electricity meter same-phase average voltage data as the reference voltage,determine the line impedance by the line properties matching the platform transformer capacity,calculates the upper and lower limits of each phasevoltageof the whole platform area,determine the range of input-voltage of each household meter, and compare it with the voltage value collected by the collection system to realize the automatic monitoring of the residential electricity meter voltage accuracy.Timely detect measurement fault, platform area belonging error,burning table hidden danger, etc.This method has been developed and launched on the "two rates and one loss" analysis platform of Hunan Electric Power Co., Ltd and more than 20,000 inaccurate meters were found.After the field verification, themonitoring accuracy rate reached 68%,it provide technical support for the fine management of electricity marketing.
