Hybrid game optimal dispatching for distribution network with large-scale 5G base station leasing shared energy storage
Large-scale 5G base stations (BSs) confront high operating costs under traditional power supply modes. In order to further coordinate the green economy transformation of 5G BSs with the improvement of flexibility regulation capability on the power grid side, this paper proposes a hybrid game optimal dispatching method of active distribution network (ADN) with large-scale PV integrated 5G BSs leasing shared energy storage (SES) system. Firstly, a master-slave game optimal model is constructed with ADN as master body and 5G BS coalition composing of multi-telecom operators and shared energy storage operators as slave body, which is solved by dichotomy method to derive optimal time-sharing tariff strategy and operation strategy of 5G BS alliance. Secondly, considering the cost sharing among entities of 5G BS coalition, an cooperation game operational model between multi-telecom operators and shared energy storage operators is constructed based on Nash bargaining theory, and then equated into 5G BS coalition operation benefit maximization subproblem and power transaction payment bargaining subproblem, which is solved by alternating directional multiplier method (ADMM). Finally, the simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
