Research on output characteristics of compensation network of electric vehicle wireless charging system
Generally, wireless charging system needs to connect compensation network on both sides of the transmission coil to meet the requirements of constant current/constant voltage charging. Many compensation topologies can achieve constant current/constant voltage output, but different compensation topologies have different constant current/constant voltage output characteristics. In order to provide basis for engineering application and system optimization, based on the current research level, the constant current output characteristics of series-series (SS) and double LCC compensation topologies and the constant voltage output characteristics of S-LCC and LCC-S compensation topologies are analyzed separately. According to the circuit model represented by current controlled voltage source, the working principle and parameter condition of these compensation topologies are analyzed. Considering the parasitic impedance, the variation characteristics of output current (voltage) with mutual inductance shift were analyzed. The influences of mutual inductance and compensation parameters on the change rate of output current (voltage) with load resistance are analyzed, and the scenarios where different compensation networks are suitable for use. Finally, the correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified on the experimental platform.
