Research on measurement accuracy of DC electricity meter based on temperature field analysis
Aiming at the problem that the same design and the same batch of electric vehicle DC charging piles have different measurement accuracy in different regions, the influence of ambient temperature on the measurement accuracy of DC electricity meter in DC charging piles is studied in depth. In addition to the natural temperature, the main heating devices around and inside the DC electricity meter charged by the DC charging pile are the external shunt and the internal power supply chip respectively. Considering that the metering chip has the greatest influence on the metering accuracy in the internal circuit of the electricity meter. The research object of this paper is the DC electricity meter with shunt for DC charging pile. In view of it is in alpine region, the environment is ultra-low temperature, and the heating of power chip inside the meter and current converter outside the meter jointly affect the DC measurement results. This paper will establish finite element model to analyze the temperature distribution of DC electricity meter environment and the temperature distribution of DC electricity meter accessories and internal devices with large heating capacity represented by shunt, and conduct numerical analysis through combing numerical software. Finally, the law of measurement results of DC electricity meter changing with temperature in alpine region is obtained.
