Research on power transaction coordination decision-making module of novel digital smart grid dispatching center
Power transaction coordination is a key link in the architecture design of dispatching operation platform, and the increase of distributed energy and flexible power consumers makes the inter network power transaction coordination a challenging problem. The existing methods apply partial decomposition strategy to reduce the computational burden of this complex problem, but rely on proprietary information or real-time communication devices. In order to overcome these shortcomings, a coordination method is proposed in this paper. A series of observations are made on the node price and power input of the connected power grid, and information is recorded.In compliance with the grid constraints, statistical tools are used to analyze the price response of the grid and maximize social benefits. In addition, the response curve is adapted to the changes of the external conditions that affect the operation of the power system by using the resource information in the system. The response obtained is approximated to a decreasing step function, which can be used for power market bidding. The proposed three strategies are compared with the ideal benchmark method. The test results show that the operational decisions generated by the proposed method are very close to the operational decisions obtained by the benchmark method, and the speed of solution is greatly improved, which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.
