Research on a new dispatching assistant decision-making method for power system considering market transaction
This paper proposes an auxiliary decision-making method for energy dispatching combined with the market operation model of the new power system. The method uses two-tier optimization, with subgrids in the lower layer operating the network independently and sending decisions to the upper layer operator, who conducts market transactions based on unit combinations and a second-order cone AC power flow model. Furthermore, a single-leader-multi-follower game is developed, where each sub-grid derives its own dispatch decisions related to renewable energy, energy storage, and demand response, which are interconnected with the main grid using mixed integer linear programming. connect. Given the mixed-integer nature of upper-level and lower-level decisions, a new reconstruction decomposition method is formulated to solve this bilevel optimization model. Simulation experiments on three test systems demonstrate that the proposed method can accurately represent the physical properties of novel power systems and obtain reasonable results with significant computational efficiency, validating its effectiveness.
