Accelerated reliability verification of smart electricity meters under high temperature and low humidity environment
The general Technical Specification for Smart Electricity Meters requires that the reliable life of the meters should be no less than 16 years. How to verify the reliability of smart electricity meters is not only a practical problem to be solved urgently in the industry but also a difficult problem faced by academic circles. First, in the Weibull distribution situation, the average life expectancy for reliable life and failure rate is given three indicators of reliability validation sampling characteristic function, combined with the acceleration of high temperature and low humidity environment effect, with the help of accelerator to construct electricity meters based on accelerated test sample characteristic function, and then in two parameters to determine the engineering background of smart electricity meters sample plan. Finally, the reliability verification scheme of smart electricity meters in high temperature and low humidity environment is given in the section of experimental verification and analysis. UnderSthe conditions of different use risk prevention and acceptable failure times, the combination of test sample size and test time is calculated, and the table and figures are given, which is convenient for engineering application. It has a demonstration effect on reliability verification of measuring equipment in power industry under high temperature and low humidity environment.
