Integrated differential protection method for active distribution network based on improved ratio braking and negative sequence successive criterion
针对大规模风电等分布式电源接入配电网引起电流不确定性增加,进而导致配电网III段式电流保护难以整定的问题,提出了基于改进比率制动和负序相继判据的有源配电网差动保护方法。文章分析了有源配电网区外故障和区内故障的电流特性,提出了基于改进比率制动的判据;针对5G(Fifth-generation)通信数据不同步引起的虚假电流问题和通信中断的情况,提出了数据同步检测方法和负序相继判断方法,并提出了基于5G通信的有源配电网电流综合差动保护方案;基于PSCAD/EMTDC(power system computer aided design/electromagnetic transients including DC)对所述方法进行了仿真验证,实验结果表明,文中所述方法能够应对多故障类型和过渡电阻的场景,具有较好的可靠性和适应性。

In response to the problem of increasing current uncertainty caused by the integration of large-scale distributed power sources such as wind power into the distribution network, which leads to difficulty in setting the three-stage current protection of the distribution network, this paper proposes a differential protection method for active distribution network based on improved ratio braking and negative sequence successive criterion. The current characteristics of external and internal faults in active distribution network are analyzed, and a criterion based on improved ratio braking is proposed. A data synchronization detection method and a negative sequence successive criterion method are proposed to address the false current problem and communication interruption caused by asynchronous fifth-generation (5G) communication. A comprehensive differential protection scheme for active distribution network current based on 5G communication is also proposed. The performance of the proposed method is verified using simulation based on power system computer aided design/electromagnetic transients including DC (PSCAD/EMTDC). The experimental results show that the method described in this paper can handle scenarios with multiple fault types and transition resistors, and has good reliability and adaptability.
