Research on Coordinated Voltage Resilient Control Method for Integrated Source-Load-Storage Distribution Network at the Park Level
针对园区级源网荷储一体化配电网(以下简称有源配电网)电压弹性协调控制问题,提出了一种电压弹性协调控制方法,实现了对有源配电网的电压有效调节并维持P/Q控制模式下各分布式发电恒定功率。首先,对虚假数据注入(False data injection, FDI)攻击下对园区内部的分布式能源、电网、储能和柔性负荷模型进行分析,建立了源网荷储互动特性下的源网荷储一体化配电网模型;其次,在电压协调侧设计状态观测器与攻击估计器,并基于李雅普诺夫稳定性理论证明其收敛性;接下来,基于上述状态观测器与攻击估计器,提出了一种智能互动的弹性控制策略,实现对攻击影响的补偿,保证有源配电网的安全运行,并进行了有效性验证;最后,在MATLAB/Simulink中搭建仿真,验证了所提出的协调控制策略的有效性。

This paper addresses the voltage resilient coordinated control issue in the integrated source-load-storage distribution network at the park level (referred to as active distribution network). A voltage resilient coordination control method is proposed, which effectively regulates the voltage of the active distribution network system and maintain the constant power of each distributed generation under P/Q control mode. First, based on the analysis of the distributed energy, power grid, energy storage and flexible load models in the park, the integrated distribution network model subjected to false data injection (FDI) attacks under the interactive characteristics of the source network load storage is established. Next, a state observer and attack estimator are designed on the voltage coordination side, and the convergence of the designed observer and the estimator is theoretically proven through Lyapunov stability theory. Then, an intelligent interactive elasticity control strategy is proposed to compensate for the impact of the attacks and realize the safe operation of active distribution network, and its effectiveness is verified. Finally, a simulation is conducted in MATLAB/Simulink to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed coordinated control strategy.
